MEDAL Gathering on Evolutionary Computation
Monday, July 24, 2006 302 CCB, University of Missouri in St. LouisScope
MEDAL Gathering on Evolutionary Computation is organized by the Missouri Estimation of Distribution Algorithms Laboratory (MEDAL), which has recently been opened at the University of Missouri in St. Louis. The goal of this gathering is to discuss important lines of research in evolutionary computation and outline areas for collaboration of MEDAL with other institutions. The main focus is on the the design, enhancement, analysis, and applications of evolutionary algorithms and learning classifier systems.
